Raceway Ford of Darlington

I purchased a truck from Darlington Ford in late November 2025. Within 24–48 hours, I experienced a powertrain malfunction, limp mode, and a service wrench notification. I brought the truck in immediately and was told the issue was due to my tires rubbing the air dam, even though there was no visible damage. The problem worsened over time. I had an independent mechanic diagnose the truck and found a PCM-related issue that could require a TSB update. Despite initially being told a solution or trade might be possible, the dealership stopped communicating and has not followed through. I am now having to involve a lawyer to address this issue. I do not recommend this dealership, as they are not true to their word and failed to properly handle a serious issue immediately after purchase.

Purchase three cars from them over the last few years. Excellent service but let's see how they treat me when it comes to warranty claims

Jimmie and Stefan were great. The car buying process was super easy and cut out all of the back-and-forth that has unfortunately become the norm with car buying now. I would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

Had a great experience here. Doesn’t seem like much at first when you walk in, but if you’re lucky enough to come by when Cj’s there, you’ll be leaving happy. Cj worked with us and gave us time to talk and run numbers on our own. He wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to over complicate anything, and was very straight forward. They honored their deal and set us up with something we could all be happy about!
