I had a great experience with the guys at the parts department. I had priced the rare light assembly for my 2018 f150 at another store not realizing there was a closer Ford dealer near me. The quote from the first dealer was cheaper than Raceway Ford but they worked with me and price matched the parts. It wasn't a million dollar difference but for me every dollar counts. For me this is the way business should work and how to gain a respect for your company and a trust that builds loyal customers. Good work Christopher you served your company well.

Wanted to let all other counties to come and make the drive to the Inland Empire. I have purchased all four of my F150’s at Raceway Ford because all departments have gone above and beyond the call of service. Sales- the most knowledgeable and give the pros and cons Service- Alan one of the advisors always looking out for you through warranties Parts- Danny, very cordial and professional. Chris is the manager there and he will look into getting you a discount if he can. Folks, drive a little, save a lot! The owner of Raceway Ford must care for his employees because it shows. This is rare nowadays with business just trying to make a buck.

I always had good service at this place. I have bought all my trucks there, and I always take them for the oil service at this place. Today, when I went to buy parts for one of my trucks. The service i go from Mario was really bad. It seemed he was not happy working at that place. He had an attitude problem. It seemed he was not having a good day, and he took it out on me.

-update 4/18/24- Ordered parts here again this year. Very quick and seamless this time. Chris still doing great work and treating the customers right. Glad to give my business here --update-- I was contacted by Chris, the parts manager, shortly after this incident. Chris apologized and was more than willing to honor the pricing online for me. He was very transparent to their SOPs and what their front desk and online agents are instructed to do with price discrepancies. They have since updated the pricing online to be more accurate, and he got me the parts at their original advertised price. The vendor sent the wrong part (right box, wrong item), and Chris is currently working with me to correct that (part shows RH side/ right rear side; left side was sent). This is a vendor error and not
