I wished to add an update to the review below. I ultimately discussed the problem with the manager and he was very helpful. Ultimately providing me details of where i could locate the part since he was having so much trouble receiving accurate communication and delivery information from his supplier. I would recommend a phone call to them for anyone experiencing difficulties... Original Email: Terrible Customer service and no communication after multiple emails. The website represents sketchy information showing items as "available" when in fact they have no stock.

We placed an order for RAC1000FV10 back on 09/24. I followed up with an email on 10/7 because we still had not received our order. I received an email on the morning of 10/8 that they were just wiped out and these are now on back order. I called and spoke with Mark and he was very rude and not helpful at all. I asked for a manager and he tole me that there was no one above him and then he hung up on me. I then receive an email stating that our order was refunded. I called back and then got a so called manager and his name was Chris. I can see why Mark was rude because the manager is just as rude and does not care about customer service at all. Buyers be aware.
