Had a family member somehow mistakenly tow my car. These people charged me $734 for an overnight. The man I dealt with was amazing and an out right solid dude that explained it was washington that charges that but I just have a hard time with that price for an over night stay. Pretty messed up. The man deserves 5 stars. The company deserves 1 for kicking people while they're down
Colton was my tow truck guy. He was so professional and gave me really good advice on how to fix my car. I was impressed 👌
They tried to make it ok but the arrogance of the front desk. They made a stressful situation worse!! But hey they know that they have your vehicle and that you're at their mercy so what would you expect.
Columbia Park apartments had Rads towing company tow my car and I Could not afford to get the car out, so they let me get everything out of the car and I gave them the car. The employees are polite, respectful, and understanding. The parking lot is big and clean.
Horrible people money greedy they will tow your car for absurd reasoning
