Radecker Tire and Auto Service

They did it AGAIN!!! I randomly went in for a tire rotation. While there, I asked if they could change the oil as well. Without hesitation, they said "yes" While assessing my fancy car ;) (Volvo) they quickly realized they did not have the proper tool to remove the oil filter. What did they do? They immediately got on the phone, found the tool and had it delivered. I don't impress easily but I was extremely impressed that they didn't just give up and say they couldn't change the oil. You MIGHT be saying "yeah but they probably already drained the oil." NOPE, they did not! They could have sent me on my way BUT AGAIN, they went the extra mile and solved my over due oil change issue. :) Jason and Michelle at the front desk kept me informed the whole time as to what was going on with my ve

staff was very friendly. they went above and beyond to help me out even though my tire size was not readily available

They used to be the go to place for tires and service. Unfortunately , the staff there currently don't seem to have the knowledge or expertise that Radecker was known for
