Great hometown honest service. This is a rare find no matter where you go. For a change I can say I look forward to my next visit

Absolutely incredible! I recently needed to replace the radiator in my vehicle. I had just spent over $800 getting tires at one place and thinking that might encourage them to give me a good deal, I had them give me a quote for the work. $1600 for a new radiator!!.. and there was no way I could afford that. I took my car to Universal and they showed me exactly how much the parts actually were and quoted me around $600, but said it might go up some once they got in there and saw whether I needed caps and fluids and I know much about cars, but you get what I’m saying. This was a Monday and I had a trip to take that Friday and needed my car. They said they could do it in that time frame and scheduled for Wednesday, but Wednesday came and the part wasn’t delivered, which was not their fault at

The folks at Universal Car Care are simply the best! If you want a skilled competent mechanic Jerry is your guy! The friendly atmosphere is certainly a plus! I've been a loyal customer for several years now, they service my car and truck. As I said, they're the best!

Quickly plugged a hole in our tire from a screw when we were driving through. Called 10+ other shops and no one else could be bothered. Appreciated the friendly and fast service.
