Walked into Radial Tire of Elk Grove last minute with a tire issue and they took care of me without hesitation. The staff was friendly, professional, and fast—had me back on the road in no time. It’s rare to find a shop that treats walk-ins with this level of respect and urgency. Fair pricing and great customer service. Highly recommend if you need tire work done right when it matters most.

Came in for a simple front and rear alignment and they end up stripping my rear camber adjuster plate nut because they tried to loosen it from the camber adjustment plate nut and not from the bolt (they brought me in to underneath the car and showed me that the guy is trying to loosen the adjuster plate nut but it’s seized that’s why they stripped it). They want me to pay out of pocket for damage that they have done. At the end of the day, I said fine since I can replace it myself and thought it was actually seized, they charged me for just the front alignment. They only adjusted the toe and not the camber because I didn’t have camber bolts in the front. I explicitly asked if I can install the camber bolts and then come back to get a front alignment for free (alignment warranty) and pay th
