Awesome customer service, Wednesday, I called in for a radiator to be picked up on Saturday, well they were going to be closed (Easter Weekend) 15 minutes later they call back and asked me if I could be there by 8 am Saturday I told them I would be there! Well the next day I get a call asking me if I knew where Gibbs Auto was at in Red Bluff? I said 1 block away and they delivered it to me while on a trip to Sacramento to get parts. 2 days earlier then I expected to get it. At an affordable price! Awesome Customer Service! Great people going out of their way.

We order many times per Month from them, They nearly always have the product we need in stock and at a cheaper price than anyone else. If they don't have the product in stock it might be 1 day wait. Service has been perfect for years now and Kim is super easy to deal with.
