Amazing service. I started taking my Jeep 2011 Wrangler for repairs. Marcelo is very honest in what repairs were needed immediately and what could be done later but not much later. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and he texts me when it’s done. Repairs are done in a day if possible but he will let you know. Again very honest. He fixed things that another shop said was fixed. I’m glad I found him . I did a Google search and like the reviews, I took a chance and have never looked back. I also told another person about the shop and she well pleased.. I will continue to use his services. I’m well pleased. Marcelo works hard and is a great mechanic. Check him out for yourself.

Five stars!! Marcelo is my go to mechanic for future maintenance and repair- he is extremely professional, intelligent, helpful and honest. I had issues with my car and Marcelo fixed what needed fixing very smoothly and identified other potential future issues I might have with the car. The company my husband and I work for (Associated Auto Body & Trucks) uses Rago on occasion when needed. Upon Rago's great reputation, we took our Honda Pilot there to get diagnosed because it began to buck and have issues going into gear at 55mph. Not only did Marcelo diagnose it, he was extremely honest about some other issues with my truck that I was requesting and gave me good advice.
