Ken’s service was amazing! He was persistent with the insurance company and went over the top fixing and detailing our car! My daughter’s 2012 Fiat 500 was hit while parked and the bumper was significantly damaged. We took the car to Rainbow Autobody for repair. Ken was excellent. Due to the age of the car, and because the model sold in low numbers, it was difficult to find a new bumper. The insurance company was pushing Ken to use an aftermarket part or a used part. But Ken was persistent and held out until a new original OEM part was ultimately found. He then installed the new bumper with finesse and expertly painted it to match the 12-year-old paint on the car. Ken came highly recommended and I can see why. He was extremely helpful with my insurance claim and talked me through how to get the process started. Had a bad rear end collision with my new car and Ken walked me through the process. He dealt directly with the insurance company and let me know what to expect. The car looks fabulous just like new.
