Rainbow Car Wash

They usually do pretty good but I get home and go to put stuff back in the car and they didn't even vacuum the back they didn't wipe down the shifter there's still wet puddles where they sprayed and didn't wipe it was awful

First time here. Got the platinum car wash. The inside was left wet and barely wiped down. Coasters in my cup holders were left on the floor. I had a little bit of trash in the door, I didn’t have a place to throw it away, and it was just thrown in the back seat. Not impressed.

Not pleased with the overall experience at this wash. Charged for a full service wash when I did not request it. Groceries and other items (even items taped down) in my car and on my dash were displaced due to the full service I did not request. Car was still not entirely clean and I feel as if the entire process is rushed. Contacted management and requested a partial refund and they refused. I would not recommend this location.

Been there over 3 years the last 3 times there have been so bad and just got to the point where I'm never going back. For $31 for a Platinum full service and having my truck still dirty is sad and now messed up my window switch with something WTH!!!

This location is rated a 2. The Edgewood location had my car spotless inside and outside. I came here and they barely vacuumed the car, the inside wasn’t cleaned at all. Charged the same price but given a different service is crazy.
