Rainbow Car Wash

Went in to give my car an exterior wash. Paid using my debit card after prepping the wheel wells etc I go for soap and there is a sticky note saying "No soap" they were completely out of everything not just soap. it charged me $10 dollars for water with an extremely weak pressure washer. I went here because I needed pressure to get the mud out of my wheel wells. I spent 15 years running a detail shop I can tell you I never ran out of soap! Thats just ridiculous and it wasn't just soap like i said no degreeser or anything to help lossen up the mud off i could of just done it for free in my driveway with my hose. At least have some pressure for the pressure washer. Waste of money ill never to back agian. If the owner sees this I hope he contacts me to refund my $10 dollars and I'll delete th

Place is garbage they take your money and their hoses dont work 60 percent of the time

Facility was spotless. The bathroom was so clean which I haven’t encountered in many laundromats. Anthony was working that day and he was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. He is a great employee and checked the facility regularly to ensure it was clean while I was there. It was my first time at this place. I will definitely go back. The only negative is the auto car wash. I paid 10.00 for the best wash and my car wasn’t rinsed properly and I believe the wax was never applied.

Barely any soap, hardly any water brushes somewhat worked, called laundrymat next door the lady came out and watched the end , then refunded my payment, great full for that.

The place is great, other than one constantly reoccurring problem. The stacks of dryers on the rear wall of the building do not dry at the same rate of speed. I loaded my clothes, half in the top dryer, the equal amount in the dryer directly under the top one. I put the same exact amount of money in both dryers, on the same temperature, and at the end, the clothes in the upper dryer were super dry, however the bottom dryer still had almost half the clothes still damp. Not overloaded, nothing super heavy, just doesn't work like the other, upper dryers do.
