Colt has gone out of his way time and time again to ensure that I am taken care of! I have never felt so cared for at a car wash. He is one of the hardest workers I’ve been met and does what it takes to make sure each and every customer is treated with the best care possible. If every company had an employee that worked as hard as Colt this world would be a much better place!

I went here today & Colt really made my day!!!! He’s such a nice person!! I really appreciate the nice hospitality he gave me! He really sets a great example for these guys up here. Thank you again Colt❤️

Compared to other locations this one isn't up to par. Zero clean towels available for the other customers and myself. Not a single attendant around either. This experience probably feels amplified because I'm used to impeccable service at the Deerfoot locations. Would not pay the monthly subscription if I had to use this spot.

Colt is an absolute pleasure! He was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond expectations to make sure I had the best experience. I'm an unlimited wash member and will continue to be so! He was a great representative of Raindrop Car Wash!

He is an amazing service representative for your company. He had a smile on his face. He was very informative knowledgeable about your product and service. Kenny told me about the manager special as well as the special on the watch that I I was currently purchasing. I had pulled around to get my first wash and thought about what a great experience. This was and wanted to make sure that if he got any kudos for extending this offer and making So I went back the purchase that I did it through him so I went back around and got the annual special with Kenny. He also had a since of urgency when assisting me and 3 other customers. Bravo young man we don’t see exquisite service and company excellence in branding like this often enough.
