These guys are amazing. I needed work done on a relatively expensive car and I’m a young woman. Every shop I went to tried to hustle me and overcharge me for a laundry list of services that were not needed. Rainey’s were extremely reasonable in their pricing and they do good, honest work. I have recommended them to everyone I know. My car came out looking out of the factory by the way. Extremely pleasant experience considering the circumstances!

Very disappointed!!! Dropped off the car back in October 2022 , I spoke to Buddy, he looked at it and give me a price for 6 panels + mirrors , no insurance involved, he told me they were a bit busy , just to be patient, maybe a few weeks or so ( that’s was 6 month ago) I tried calling several times, but his wife would always answer, saying they were extremely busy and could not get to it , but she would see what they can do . Today I got the call that the car was ready. When I got there , Buddy did not even show up , his wife came out and showed me the car. They only did the front and rear bumper but charged me 70 % of what we agreed on for six panels. When I ask to speak to Buddy the wife said he was busy with some one else . I know everyone is busy and it’s hard to find decent help ,

I had a deer attack my truck I just bought not even 2 months prior and everywhere was saying would be at least 2 months before I could even get my truck in for an estimate on the job to fix it. But Raineys with open arms had my truck in the shop the next day. They were very friendly, kind, professional kept me in the loop with the insurance company and everything. I recommend anyone needing work to go to them. They had my truck ready about 18 days after I left it. And that was they Christmas and New Year's. I'm very excited to have my truck home and like new.

My wife and I purchased a new Toyota and gave our 16-year-old 4Runner to our daughter. The hood and roof had significant sun damage. We just wanted to make it look a little better prior to giving it to her. The first repair center I contacted didn't even want to look at it, stating it would never look right. They don’t cut corners as safety is their #1 concern and restoring the auto to “new car” performance and look is #2. Their work is superb and they take pride in delivering quality workmanship.
