Don’t waste your time here Mr. Charles was my sales person I test drove the car everything was smooth this was 30 minutes off the lots and my tire blew completely off. First they were supposed to send they’re tow truck never happened then they sent a worker to come change a tire but with the side of the road I was on was too dangerous for him to change it they don’t care about the safety of their workers or their customers they just want a sale went back to the lot offered me a trade in but kept denying me for almost every car so I demanded my refund on my down payment for 2,000 dollars. Moral of it all save your money and go somewhere else

He made our vehicle buying experience excellent and seamless, he even held the vehicle for me until I received the funds for the purchase. He was very polite and detailed about the purchase as well.
