Rainforest Carwash Arcadia

My experience at the Arcadia St. location is always impeccable! Jeremiah Dantzler has excellent customer service. The entire staff was fast, efficient, and even offered me a drink while I waited. I won't allow anyone else to change my oil besides the Arcadia St. Crew! Thanks!!

This location (Arcadia) has previously been the only location my vehicle has been serviced. Manager is very rude (caucasian, wears glasses, appears to have freckles, did not tell me his name which is why I described him) My dealings with him over the last 3 visits are detailed (by the way, I will now be driving out of my way to go to the Hardy Street Location): *Previously wrote incorrect mileage for vehicle (car) and got smart with me after bringing it to his attention the next day and of course he did not correct it. So, everyone has a bad day so I give then another chance. *I gave them another chance with another vehicle (truck), where hsi employees failed to secure parts under truck. *Today, I gave them a third opportunity and same person rude. Went here for regular maintenance and ended up with a flat tire, (not because of them) Matt went out of his way and above and beyond to get me together! Customer service prior has always been top notch by him! Thanks again Matt and the Rainforest crew...

Paid for the $16 one but they had a sale today to get everything the $16 one had but for $12. Took my car through there and it still had stuff on it.. personally do it yourself car washes are way better

I have a monthly plan with Rain Forest and the car wash side staff run it very well. So one day I decided to get everything done at once and get an oil change then a wash. My old oil filter had a leak in it and it needed to be replaced ASAP. The leak had gotten so bad that it begin to spray oil all under the hood. When I pulled up to the bay every employee there came to my truck and told me they couldn't do it because I had an a head gasket leak. Even after I told them I didn't they still insist it was a head gasket leak and refused to do the oil change sending me on my way which could have actually damaged the motor. Anyways I thought about canceling my plan but I like the car wash side of things. Oh I ended up going to Walmart across the street, buy a new oil filter and oil, and just doi
