Rainforest Carwash Bellevue

Would not recommend this carwash. I have a brand new 2025 kia carnival and I had signed up for a membership as this is a bigger car that I've ever had and washing by hand was a task so I gave it a shot. When I signed up and went through to get my car wash when I came out of the wash I noticed that my windshield was cracked. I immediately notified the staff (Jordan) and they filed an incident report and told me that someone would notify me very soon. Two days past and I received no notification so I called to follow up. When I called the GM Alex answered and told me that they made a decision and that the crack was already there before I came through the wash but he would call me back when he got more information. Can you please ask your tenants to back up when are trying to pay for a wash??? Ask us if we want assistance but don’t stand over me when I’m trying to have my financials up to pay! I had to ask him to back up! It’s every time!

The guys are always super nice. The only issue I have had is with my monthly pass - I had one of the higher packages but I removed the wheel shine because I hate it ... when they got the new system it messed it up and the wheel shine still comes out even though it's still listed on my account to not do ... called and they have been actively working on it to get the issue fixed ... I just lowered my package until it gets fixed.

Great facilities, employees I have 3 vehicles on the full service plan. Very satisfied.

The monthly subscription is a fair price. I appreciate that they provide a bug scrub station before washing your car. Their vacuums are great, and they also provide car cleaning wipes, glass cleaner, paper towels, and a rug cleaning machine. My car always feels great inside and out after going here.
