I was traveling and unfamiliar with the area. Needed service and this shop was recommended by locals for my Audi. They fit me in within a day and were great at communication and explaining what they were doing/ checking and repairing and followed through. Excellent customer service for someone who is from outside the area, and not a potential repeat customer because of distance, but their service was top notch and friendly. Suzanne in the office was the best! Can't say enough good things about them--and was extremely thankful to find them. Fair pricing, did only the work that was necessary. If you need service--I highly recommend this shop for their response and professionalism. I wish we were local so this could be our "go to" shop!

Honest shop! My boyfriend got his car serviced here first, & they did a great job & got his car fixed within a few days. The following week my car also had an issue & I came straight here! The two people upfront were so nice & gave really great customer service. They got my car up & running within 24 hours. I highly recommend this shop!

This is the second time I’ve done business with them and they’ve always explained in detail anything about the part of my car that needed to be fixed. They’re excellent on cost of labor and price of part or parts needed. These people are honest to you about the car problems! My brother, James, just took my car there to be fuxed while i was recouperating from recent surgery. Got it back today. it's running perfectly! Reasonable rates as well! Highly recommended.

My wife and I had a great experience with Raitz. They completed the work in a timely manner and the price was fair and reasonable. They seem like honest, hardworking folks and they are an independent business which we prefer over chains and dealerships. We recently moved to Kannapolis so we feel fortunate to have found them. I would highly recommend them whenever you need auto repairs or service. We won’t go to any chain 30 minute oil change place again. Thank you Raitz and Randy!
