Rali Auto has saved me tons of money and my MB runs great. Peteo and his team will often fix minor issues while under the hood w/o charge. It pays to be a consistent customer. Glad I found a reliable mechanic I trust.

In my three decades of car ownership, this family-owned shop is the best Audi/VW service option in Atlanta... and maybe all of Georgia/ Southeast. Excellent analysis and explanation of all recommendations. Prices blow dealerships out of the water. Customer service is great. This place is the choice if you're a true German car enthusiast. I haven't had a transmission job or engine rebuild yet but would trust Petyo 100% if he says he can do the job. Pray that they remain in business forever.

This review is long overdue. Some people truly go out of their way to help others, and the owner of RALI Auto is one of them. I run a driving school, and one Saturday morning, right in the middle of a lesson my car’s AC stopped working. I took the vehicle to RALI Auto and was told they were booked until Wednesday. While I was there, I explained to the owner that I had several classes scheduled and asked if there was any chance the repair could be done sooner. To my surprise, I received a call around 8:00 PM the very same day letting me know my car was ready for pickup. I am incredibly grateful to Mr. Petyo (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly). Thanks to his kindness and effort, I was able to continue my classes without interruption. Shay
