Excellent service! Ralph went out of his way to find me a used part instead of a new part to save me money. Thorough. Reasonably priced.

I had been to 3 other repair shops in town and none were able to correct the issue with my car until I ended up at Ralph’s on a recommendation from a family member. I’m so happy I went there. My car is now fixed, it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg! Ralph is an expert for sure in diagnosing problems. I’m a happy customer and will be going back.

New to the area and thought I would give this shop a try basing it off of the good reviews. Prices were reasonable on documentation.. Until I realized I left my wallet in the car by accident while being serviced. After grabbing it and coming back in to pay and leave, I found out that whomever was in my car had gone through my wallet and stole all of my cash except for an antique $20 I’ve kept in there for years. The amount is unknown, but my wallet is never without cash for emergency situations or for places that do not accept cards.. I called to speak with the owner and ended up getting the guy that worked on my car since the owner wasn’t present. The entire staff at Ralph’s is professional, knowledgeable, and great to deal with! I’ve taken my car there since we’ve moved to Roxboro and I have had a great experience every time! can’t recommend them enough!

This place is very shady! Stolen money from car. NOT LOST OR MISPLACED. straight up stolen. Then denying it ,as their story’s switch up. Very dishonest place and I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Tim is the name of the thief and Ralph vouched for him. Times must be tough for them and I hope they spend it wisely. Negative 5 stars! I hate liars and thieves
