They do a great job every time. I had new tires put on my truck, I didn't buy the greatest tires. They made sure the balance and placement of the tires were correct which took a bit of work. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for that shop that takes care of you and gets it right. Very happy.

Car broke down coming back to Buffalo with the family from the Adirondacks. Luckily, limped into Ralph's Sunday about 6pm. Got a taxi to the Days Inn and called Ralph's Monday at 8am and told them I was at Days Inn. John fixed my car by about 10am, despite most likely having other cars already lined up. Called John the next day from home and he answered my questions. Great job guys!!! I had already dropped my car off before reading all the positive reviews. They were true!
