Terrible experience. Our car broke down so we were recommended to this place for the first time. Told us that the tow charge would be free if it was local. After the service was done he charged us the money for the tow and lied to us about putting a new part in which he never did. When another mechanic called him on it, he then admitted that it wasn’t the part he had claimed was needed but it was something much minor. The minor issue was overcharged. Our car warranty company could have covered the charges but he never called them to open the claim. Therefore, we were required to pay out of pocket for the entire bill.
