Ralston's Muffler

I've been using Ralston Muffler for more than 20 years and each and every time I've stopped in to have something fixed or installed, they always do it quickly, correctly and with a pleasant demeanor. Same thing this morning when I popped in to have my Mustang's exhaust checked out...I was in and out in 30 minutes and my problem was resolved. I highly recommend this shop!

I hate to sound like a Karen, but so many of these shops are dropping the ball and the only recourse for is to leave a bad review in exchange for subpar work, lack of professionalism, etc. As for this review, I called on Friday (Feb 13th, 2026) and talked to Mike about installing exhaust manifolds (that I purchased myself, so parts delay is not an excuse here) on a 2016 Ram. I asked about their backlog and he said to bring it in Thursday (Feb 19th) and he should be able to finish by end of day Thursday. I stressed that I needed it back no later than 3:00 Friday afternoon so I could go get my kids, who live two hours away, and he said it would definitely be done before then. Very nice people and quick turnaround, don’t let the parking lot fool you. I took my car there on a Friday to have it quoted for an exhaust repair, it was quoted by end of day. Dropped it off on Sunday night and received it completed and repaired for less than quoted price by end of day Monday. Welds are quality and I was explained exactly what was done and how it was done. Amazing work guys thank you so much! I will be a returning customer for sure 👍

Mike was super helpful and honest. Felt thw other shop was scamming me with a $1300 quote plus diagnosis. Was out the door here for just under $600.
