Just helped my son buy a car from here. They were great to work with and we are thrilled with the car we purchased. There were questions about the battery and they are willing to replace it if we have any issues. The 1 year warranty is a plus. Highly recommend buying a car here. The salvage title is not an issue for us since we buy and hold cars.

I traveled from Michigan down to Ram Auto in Toledo. I checked reviews before making the drive and saw they had a high star rating. I went to drive a Subaru Ascent and was impressed with the vehicle and description, as well as the guys working there. They were all so kind and so easy to work with. They made the buying process smooth and even put a new battery in before I left because they saw it was the original. I ran into an unforeseen issue with the vehicle a few days after buying it and Ram Auto worked with me to get it taken care of. I would highly recommend them to purchase a vehicle from. Kind people and I’m all about supporting a family owned business. Thanks again Ram Auto! Special shout out to Ali for always being available when I had questions after the buying process was done.

As a Warning ask up front if there’s a deal to hold the car for another client before looking the car over, test driving and then talking about how much was to be paid.. i called tuesday about coming in Thursday morning. The first guy gives me the keys tells me a lil information on the car and then i look it over test drive then another guy comes and we talk about the deal…we agree on the price and i hand him my card other dude over hears the price that we agreed. He then remembers that he told a dude the night before that he would it without any deposit to do so..tells me he wants to give him a chance to buy it first mind you the dude has only started the car and nothing else…this was a terrible experience , bad business practice and just a waste of time. Quality of cars look great just

I have purchased 4 cars from Ram Auto on the last year. One for each person in my family!!! Prices are amazing, Customer service is amazing and follow up service is incredible. We just gave our 16 year old her first car today, she was so excited. I highly recommend Ram Auto!!!
