I walked in to the service dept explained that I was traveling and I was having issues with my truck. Ms Kathy told me to give her my info and they would take care of me. Not only did they service my truck but they also drove me to the nearby mall so I could eat and walk around while waiting for my service to be completed. I did not expect such good treatment. This service dept goes above and beyond. I would like to add. They could have told me anything, charged me anything and I would have believed them . I was desperate. They did not only one hour service time and got me back on the road.

It was ok, service dept and manager was courteous and professional, was not aware they go on lockdown at noon for lunch, a receptionist will go to the waiting area and run you out, telling you to go sit outside, it's lunchtime, I would hate to be having my car serviced during the Winter ❄️, being ran outside in freezing temps by Nagatha. They do have good labor rates, better than Beckley and Charleston.

Don't do service with Jerry Sink. I sent an email during break because I work for a living. When off work I sent email reply to him and he done blocked me. Bad customer service already. Red flag and don't trust. Seems only interested in quick sale and if you don't reply quickly this will be the outcome. I'm already disappointed in these actions already.

Ms Tina who works in service is wonderful! She is always polite and easy to talk to. She does her best and she does well. I'd give her one thousand stars if I could for her customer service skills. However, I hate that I have to continue to go back for the same issues that are still not repaired.

I came in first thing in the morning without an appointment. They got me in and got my truck running. I was stranded and need their help. They came through and got me back on the road. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Would highly recommend.
