My buying experience was great. I love my Ford Edge! It was delivered to me very clean and full of gas. The only problem was a tiny spot on the windshield! I was told to turn it in on my insurance! Not my fault it was like that and I didn't notice. Now with the cold weather it has cracked over half way across!

We were in the market for a newer used Ford Transit van. Ultimately, we ended up purchasing a vehicle out of state that had the AWD that we needed. Marcus and his sales manager were extremely helpful in scheduling a test drive and trying to find a van that would fit our needs. No high-pressure sales tactics, just friendly and helpful. We will definitely check with Ramey Ford next time we need another vehicle!

Service department lost my business after charging me $150 just to simply tell me what was wrong with my vehicle. If there wasn't this fee I would have allowed them to work on the vehicle no questions asked. Due to a $150 Diagnostic Fee, I feel that they'll lose more money than they'll make. Used to love Ramey Ford, but this decision has deterred me away from their services.

pretty fast and pretty nice. only thing i didnt like was I had tires replaced (my decision). I wasnt told i needed new tires I chose to get new ones(the older ones were still good) and had planned on giving the older ones to my brother . anyhoo they told me they we not allowed to give me my tires . MY property not theirs. if i had know that i would have gone somewhere else. or bought them and had the local town garage to put them on . also how bout a heater in the customer lounge along with some snacks :)
