When test driving we realized the truck they were showing was covered in white dog hair, which in that case I am highly allergic, extremely unprofessional. Following we discussed maintenance concerns, brakes, and trans lines and it was agreed it be done for the deal. Then we agreed on a deal of $19,000 financing privately. And Genision the half owner of this Sub-Par Dealership agreed and contracted with a “reciept” of a $300 down payment for a 7 day hold on this specific vehicle. Went up to check a 2014 gmc sierra slt Tuesday after explaining my issue with a prior purchase and I didn’t want to waste my time. Genison ensured I wouldn’t waste my time as I live 104 miles and two hours away. They guaranteed it was a nice truck it was. I asked them if they would hold it with a deposit and we agreed on a price and down deposit that he had said was good to hold. To hold for 7 days, while doing so the partner was in and out of the office multiple times. I kept him up to date and Friday explained I’d be up Monday morning first thing. They changed brakes and oil change and transmission cooler lines that I had noticed on the test drive. He said the truck was good to go for Monday.
