I was referred here from Vara Chevrolet for my vehicle windshield. They provided fast friendly and professional service. I stopped by to ask and ended up leaving it there late end of day approximately 5pm. They called me the next day at 11am to let me know it was ready and gave me instructions on how to care for a recently installed windshield. I am completely satisfied so far. Highly recommend. My windshield was covered by Vara Chevrolet because there was a tiny Crack that was sealed before I purchased my vehicle so they had it noted , if the Crack extended beyond what it was they would replace the windshield and it did so they took care of my replacement windshield so I don't know how much they paid but the service was great.

The service was prompt and the price was good, but the quality of work was not what you would expect.... damaged or cut the bottom molding of my SUV and a piece of the inside of the trim was cut...

Had the windshield on my 21' Jeep Gladiator replaced this past weekend. Went to Ramirez Auto Glass on Commercial Ave. Price was great, service was better. Super happy with the new windshield. Rafael and Marie took care of me and my Jeep. I would definitely recommend giving them a call for all of your auto glass needs. Two thumbs up!

I’ve never dealt with a shop as unprofessional as this one. I called on Friday and was told not to worry about figuring out the part for my window regulator and that labor would be $60. The lady on the phone was nice, but that was the only positive part of this whole experience. I showed up Monday at 8:30 AM when they opened, and the woman at the front acted annoyed the moment I started explaining what I was told. After waiting around, someone finally looked at my car and told me to order the whole regulator assembly to make things “faster.” Fine — I went and bought it. I came back Tuesday and was told there were 3 cars ahead of me and it would take 3 hours. I asked if coming back the next morning at 8:30 AM would put me first in line. She said yes. I took My BMW for windshield replacement and after waiting for 5 hours the windshield was done. But as I drove I got a notification “Drivetrain: Drive moderately”. This was just after my windshield repair. I contacted them about the problem within 12 hours, as they said if you get any problems, “Contact within 24 hours” and the front desk lady picked my call, while I was explaining my situation, I was calm, she never let me finish my sentence, as if they were getting rid of me and at last she told me to comeback at the garage.
