Stopped at the shop yesterday my Cadillac Dts needed a radiator and thermostat put in very reasonable and reliable there great fast and professionals they get the job done. #Family I recommend #1 Ramirez 🚘
Main mechanic is condescending and extremely rude. You can get the same service from the 20 other mechanics throughout 59th street without a miserable old man at the helm.
If I could leave 0 stars I would , these people are thieves , took a Chevy trail blazer to repair , left some brand new parts to another vehicle we have in the trailblazer and when we went to pick up the trailblazer the parts were gone , and they were denying everything, stole a ignition switch and some breaks for a 2016 Chevy Malibu, DO NOT LEAVE ANY BELONGINGS IN THE VEHICLES YOU ARE LEAVING THERE THEY ARE THIEVES .
One of the most reputable auto parts and repair shops on the south side of Chicago. I have been coming here for over 25+ years. The owner is professional in demeanor, knowledgeable, and provides reasonable prices.
