If i could give a zero star I would, extremely bad customer service, the girl that is in the front window is the worse of them, answers in a sarcastic way when you ask a question. Take your business elsewhere, where they do appreciate their customers... 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I heard this place had bad customer service. I sadly experience it! Bad and entitled attitude. Don’t waste your time with a place who won’t take the time to hear you out in a basic conversation.

I will never do business with this establishment again. The person named Gary has no business thinking he owns this place. Tiene tiempo para estar relajando con sus camaradas y coworkers y el cliente esperando. Then he refuses to serve me when I told him that was bad customer service. He’s always had a bad attitude and very negative about the work you ask him to do. This is not the first time. It also happened to me when I had a lift done. I had to deal with him and instead decided to deal with Israel who is very professional and knowledgeable about this business. Thank you Israel. I guess my thousands of dollars will be going somewhere else from now on. What a shame. A bad apple ruins it all. Not gonna let it ruin my day. Have an awesome day y’all

Horrible customer service. They kept putting in vehicles before mine. I came in for running boards. We complained to the manager before we knew who he was. We later complained to the cashier, thats when i found out who the manager was. No one knew anything nor could do anything. The manager put through a p/u from a friend of his first. Then another vehicle. Until finally we complained to the sales rep, then they put my truck in. I sat in the waiting area doe 2 hours and a half before they paid attention to me. This is ridiculous. I definitely would not recommend this place at all!!
