The best tire repaire service I've ever had. Fast and esay. And they even did not charge me. What an amazing place. This place will be my first choice when I do tire service in the future.
I had shopped around for the best price for tires for my Mercedes and they did just that! They gave me the best price, were fast and honest! They told me about another tire that would need replacing, but didn’t try and make it seem like it needed to be replaced now! I appreciated their honesty, and customer service! I will definitely be back if any of my cars need tires and will recommend them to anyone looking for tires!!
the guys were great. they were able to squeeze me in on a very busy saturday and did a great job of keeping me posted on what my car needed without being too pushy. i will definitely be back in the future when my car needs service
I had an exceptional experience at Ramona Tire, and I can’t say enough great things about Jon! I stopped in simply to ask about my TPMS light that had been flashing for three weeks on my Chrysler Town & Country. Jon immediately stepped in to help. Using a handheld sensor monitor, he quickly diagnosed the issue — one of my TPMS sensors had a dead battery. Within minutes, he clearly explained the problem and provided a very reasonable estimate for the repair. From start to finish, the entire process took about 20 minutes! Not only did he take care of the TPMS issue efficiently, but he also took the time to provide two separate estimates for four new tires — all without any pressure. Excellent service, outstanding explanation, fair pricing, and true professionalism. It’s hard to find this
