I’ve been going to Ramos since 2020 and they’ve always treated me great. I’m a single female so naturally I used to call my dad to make sure I wasn’t being gypped 🥲. But after so many visits, I came to learn that they were always honest and fair with me. They’d always be upfront about the work that definitely needed to be done immediately, and the work that could wait. I had a Hyundai Elantra when I first started taking my car to them, and when I upgraded to a Lincoln MKC they had no issues taking care of that car’s needs as well. I had a headache of a problem with my Lincoln and Meikneke over the Summer. Very efficient: The customer service is great and they are very fast paced. They fit me in even when they were short staffed, and took less than an hour to service my car. The prices are very reasonable and they get the job done and well. Highly recommend.
