Great mechanic shop I brought them 2 of my trucks and they did perfect work on both of them. My first truck they did a complete motor swap with all brand new parts and also performance parts and they had it running like a champ, everything was done the right way and I still haven’t had a problem with it ever since and it’s been nearly over a year. And my second truck I recently brought to them to do the lowering kit and my truck rides so smooth all brand new suspension parts and installed the right way. 10/10 service recommend to come for all your vehicle service needs.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Rams Auto Shop for years, having been referred by family members who trusted them. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has left me extremely disappointed. In early November, I was advised during an oil change elsewhere that my brakes were getting low and should be replaced soon. I went to Rams Auto Shop on November 14 to have my brakes replaced. At that time, my brakes weren’t making any noise and hadn’t shown any signs of trouble. Ram told me I needed to replace not just the brakes but also the rotors (discs), even though they weren’t noisy or showing signs of damage. He said if I didn’t replace the discs too, the brakes would end up squeaking. Even though I wasn’t sure it was necessary, I agreed, just to avoid future problems. I was charged $313, but t

I went to Rams Auto Shop for a brake repair, and they did an amazing job. The staff was professional and friendly, and they explained exactly what needed to be fixed without trying to push anything extra. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. Ram's came to my rescue again. When I did not know what I was going to do I called and they said "Sure we can help you", and of course they did. I arrived and I tell you I was on my way back home within the hour. I told them they treated me like their "tia". That whole family treats customers like we are VIP! Thank you Ram!!
