We had the best car buying experience here. I've read that other people are annoyed by nobody answering the phone. Well he is a one man business, and if he is working with a customer, he doesn't answer the phone. He gives the customer in front of him his utmost attention. We bought an F450 from this location, which is not a car he normally sells, and he was so laid back and kind during the whole process. No pressure or anxious feelings throughout the whole process. I wish I could give this business 10 stars. Shawn went above and beyond to make my car purchase smooth and enjoyable. I purchased a BMW 428i convertible and it was so clean and well maintained. Shawn answered all my questions, gave me service records, helped me get the car set up so I was comfortable driving off the lot, and overall made the entire experience very pleasant. Buy with your eyes closed! This dealership is by far the best dealership I've ever purchased a car from, and I've been to many. Shawn is knowledgeable and will not hassle you. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the car that I've always sought. The car is immaculate and runs like a champ. The registration tags and plates arrived within 3 days, blazing fast! Shawn was exceptional. We purchased a Mercedes and it was even nicer that was described. On the take Possession day I had a few minor glitches on our end (We traveled from WI) but those were dealt with without missing a heartbeat. We used the car in CA for a week and then Shawn had a team transport it WI and that took only 3 days to get here. Not much more I can add - A great experience!
