This place is full of liars and time wasting individuals! Made me drive 30 min to pick up a part said they would have it ready when I got there I offered to pay for it over the phone just to make sure I wouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes in there nasty dirt lobby that hasn’t been cleaned in in months Jesus hire someone to clean that nasty place! Definitely won’t come here again or give them $1 of my money:

It was an easy experience and everyone was friendly. Very good customer service. I think many people come to the counter and ask for/ pay for a part, then they send a mechanic out to the yard to pull the part. I paid over the phone and picked it up the next day. That way I didn’t have to join the group waiting for a mechanic to get their part. The assembly was off a 20 year old vehicle, so I expected some wear, but the one I received will need some new parts to be able to use it. Since it is a common part, I would have liked them to give me the best they had. Maybe this one was, but it would be nice to see the selection and choose one.

Wouldn't Recommend! Purchased a transmission for my 2002 and it ended up being bad. Would have returned but shipping would have been too much to return (I'm not in Sacramento). And the driver just dropped off in the middle of my driveway blocking my car from getting out. It leaked oil on driveway too and I called the store and nothing got done or were they helpful.
