Randall Reed's Planet Ford Parts

I have been a customer for years and the quality of service has decreased significantly. My car was in for repairs, it took 2 week for diagnosis! After another week waiting for them to file a claim with warranty, finally got an estimate, then they ordered parts. After 4 weeks my car was "done". I picked up at proposed time, they paperwork wasnt ready, another hr passed. I get to my car and they have lost my wheel lock key. They offered a replacement, had to go in again, said it was 5 mins change on the phone. An hour in car still not ready. Im late for work. Enough to say. Time to move on.

Shout out the parts department here, while they get very busy I understand how it gets so I was patiently waiting and they acknowledged me until they freed up and attended to my needs. The bearded fellow at left end of the counter gets this good guy review for being courteous and patient with me explaining what I needed and got me taken care of without issues. Thank you so much, definitely wouldn't hesitate to come back and see them!

🛑 🛑 🛑 🛑 ✋ This dealership deserves a resounding negative five-star rating — an option I wish existed! Randall Reed's Planet Ford has once again left me utterly disgusted. Despite proactively confirming parts availability, my arrival at 4:55 p.m., just five minutes before their supposed 5:00 p.m. closing time, was met with locked doors and windows. The manager's claim of helplessness only intensified my dismay. This marks the fourth abysmal experience, and it's deeply disconcerting that Mr. Reed hasn't addressed the deplorable state of customer service from his team. When will customer satisfaction be deemed crucial? This is beyond horrible. It is very clear why they have a 2.8 stars as a rating. Stop 🛑 spending your money where you are not valued or appreciated as a customer.

The Experts in the parts department were friendly and expeditious in locating and supplying the parts I needed for my OBS F150. Parts arrived before promised delivery date.

Extremely frustrated their hours on google maps says they close at 5, but they closed at 4 on Saturday. I drove an hour to pick up some brake parts because this is the only location that had them. Fix the posted hours!! How hard is that?!
