I brought in my 2003 Ford Excursion 7.3l and after charging me $6,000+ for engine repairs and computer replacement, they told me I needed a new engine doing compression test after repairs when they could have done compression test beforehand. Two days later, I'm stuck driving 35mph or less on I10 through Louisiana to Mississippi where it's been at a shop getting another engine more affordable than Ford's offer of $13,000+ for engine and up to $20,000 including labor.

These people are scam artists. The truck I was buying could not be seen because an “inspection” was being done. They told me it was a 10 speed with 3.5 ecoboost. I finally got in the truck and it was a 6 speed with a 3.5L, no ecoboost. Then, I get in an accident and there is no GAP. I had asked them to make sure gap was on there and even called again to make sure it was. Veronica told me it was. These people will do anything to sell a vehicle, which is sad. They said they would fill my tank up and they just put a measly 5 gallons in it. Just a bunch of liars that don’t care about the customer and only care about a sell. KARMA is sweet! Amazing!!!!! I called in about a recall … they found the one I mentioned and a couple others and offered to come out to me to fix them!!!! I was in shock and so so grateful 🥰🥰
