I personally had a good car buying experience. I really needed a vehicle that fit my needs and I was going to enjoy. Israel Cosio the gentlemen that help me do that gave me the opportunity to test drive as many trucks I needed until I found the one for me. He was patient with me as I had to stop by and go several times due to my work schedule. The finance department ended up giving me a better offer than my bank so I took them up on it. I was also able to trade in 2 vehicles and got reasonable offers on them as well. I opted for a 7 year unlimited mile warranty on bumper to bumper and power train which I thought was a good deal. There wasn’t much hassling back and forth, it was more a straight shoot just how I like it and I walked away with a Brand new GMC Sierra 3.0L Duramax blacked out
Decided to start having my 2025 Buick Envista service here after having a great buying experience. I have taken my vehicle twice to this location. First time, was for the first oil change which took over two hours even though having a scheduled 8 AM appointment . I figured that was whatever and I blew it off. I then brought my car in due to the backup camera being faulty. They were unable to get the camera fixed that day due to the part, not being in stock. At the end of the visit, a large dent was on the back bumper of my car, right where they were working on the backup camera. They denied doing the dent when I came out shocked. I knew my car and knew that that dent was not there prior to the appointment. After looking on the cameras, they did realize that they were at fault with the dent
I recently visited Randy Curnow Buick GMC for an oil change and tire alignment. The total came to almost $300, which was already pricey. But what truly upset me was the additional surcharge for paying with my debit card. Important Fact: It is illegal in all 50 states, including Kansas, to impose a debit card surcharge. Under the federal Durbin Amendment of the Dodd-Frank Act, merchants are prohibited from adding extra fees to debit card transactions. This is a clear violation of consumer rights, and I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency. Customers should not be penalized for their payment method—especially when it’s against federal law. I urge Randy Curnow Buick GMC to address and correct this practice immediately. I also encourage other customers to check their receipt
I showed up 10 minutes early for our change and they didn't even have my name for appointment. They were unsure of the free coupon they gave for a fundraiser. The service guy came inside to the break room and asked me remove all my firearms from the car in case they discharged. I said I have 7 of them in the car. He said it was for the safety of the technician. I asked why does my gun being removed have anything to do with a oil change? He says because they might discharge closing the doors. I said thats not possible and showed him shutting and opening of the door and this would not cause a gun to discharge. I removed the gun from.driver door and placed on my hip. He said the rest of the guns were fine. This is absolutely ridiculous and I still have no clue why a oil change would affect
Heidi is great and very good at her Job. They’ve been communicative and helpful the whole process of us having 2 brand new 3500’s having exhaust issues. Aside from GM making parts impossible to get right now, the whole process has been pretty smooth
