I had a great experience with my salesman Ryan and the managers. My entire process was handled with professionalism and care. I came in looking for a car for my daughter who is in Medical school. They gave me a great deal on the car that only had 25k miles and in perfect condition and also took care of the outdated recall 100% before she took possession. They even gave her a loner car while the vehicle was in service and up to date on the recall. Makes a dad feel good when a company shows enough care and empathy to ensure his daughter is safe and worry free. They were so kind to have her new car delivered to her and pick up the loaner when the repairs were completed! By the way she is 3.5 hours away!!!! They made me feel great about the purchase and will be back in the future for my next v

David my salesman was great on my f450 purchase he gave me exactly what I wanted on trade for the new one (basically even swap). I couldn’t complain about the sales department at the dealer, he couldn’t have done better. Also sold my 23 f350 to them back in 2024. As far as sales department goes hands down good service. Regarding the gas (non commercial service center), best service also had a motor put in my f150 in 2020, best price and most importantly quality service I could have done. Never a single issue out of it. Good techs, and service advisors. Commercial service - could use improvement, on advisors.

The crew at Randy Marion ford took excellent care of us. We had our ford van key fall into lake Norman when we were detailing a boat. They sent the mobile key guy to the marina to get us a new key made on the spot. Thank you 🙏

As a person who has a "sickness" with cars and trucks, I average a new vehicle between my wife and I on the average of every 18 mos. Obviously am doing transactions ALOT. I just have to say, this recent purchase from your dealership is probably the least impressive of my past 35 purchases. I really don't enjoy disparaging someone, but as a retired business owner, I believe honest constructive criticism is important. Our salesperson, Alejandro has the personality of a gold fish...ZERO, really can't say a whole lot more about the sales mgr...your FF&E guy was extremely personable and since he was the last to interact with, that was a plus. Never ever...ever did I have to beg the salesperson to fill the gas in the new vehicle..unreal...and then when he did he had some lame excuse as to why

The overall experience was good the salesman great to work with. For 35k they could have put new tires on it though. I didn't realize until getting it home just how poor they were. That's why only 4 stars.
