Randy's Towing

Car battery went dead. Hubby was at work so he called Randy to tow me to a shop. Randy arrived fast, helped me “ground” the jumper cables better which eventually got my car started, talked with me about what the potential issue could be, recommended some car shops he trusted and sent me on my way. I asked him what I owed for his time and for showing up but he said nothing. I asked could I at least cover his lunch but he respectfully declined. Superb gentleman, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Hopefully we don't have to call a tow truck again anytime soon but if we do, it’ll for sure be Randy when in this county. Please get your drivers a different light bar, a vehicle almost rear ended one of your trucks while it was towing a pickup truck after dark. The vehicle being towed was obstructing the trucks amber lights and the tiny light bar on the back does not provide enough visibility.

After work when I went to go start my car I noticed that my car would not start up. And so I went on google and typed towing in my area and called them. I was turned away by 4 towing business because my car was too "low" being 4 inches off the ground which is understandable. One of the towing guy which do tow lowered car "Ramirez" was so rude he referred to me as "bro" and I quote "bro if you can't wait another hour then you'd probably have to find another tow". I was just irritated at the way he talked and so I continued looking until I was referred to Randy's towing. Randy was quick to arrive and handled everything smoothly. After dropping off my car at my place I offered him $40 tip but he declined it. I would recommend Randy's towing to any car enthusiast because he is a car enthusias
