Great service from Rankin! The owner was personable, helpful, and went above and beyond what was required for the job. He communicated well and frequently. He also took time to help problem solve and used his experience to save me an extra trip. Highly recommended!

I ran out of gas in the middle of the interstate and had to use my Roadside Assistance. Rankin Towing was dispatched to deliver my gas. They responded quickly, texted me to get my exact location, and updated me along the way. The tow truck driver (I wish I would have asked his name) quickly put gas in my car (on a dangerous road with traffic zooming by) and was still kind and courteous. I don't think I'll run out of gas again any time soon in West Virginia (I'm just traveling through) but I'd absolutely recommend Rankin Towing to anyone!

Awesome service! The owner went above and beyond to get my family and I off the road and to our destination, even as far as using his personal vehicle to get is off the road since we couldn't put car seats in the tow truck. 100% would recommend!

I'm very impressed with Rankin Towing and Recovery. They were able to tow my van when another towing company couldn't, and they had excellent customer service. I was especially impressed with Tyler. He was incredibly friendly and so helpful. Highly recommend this company.
