Done a ton of business with these folks. Same bad compressor clutch bearings 3 times in a year. It's finally a month out of warranty and they refuse to take care of the situation. Wont be doing business with them again. It would be one thing if it went bad once, out of the warranty date. But three clutch bearings, back to back to back, is obviously is defect in manufacturing. Looks like I'll be taking care of my customer out of pocket since RANSHU doesn't stand behind their products, and refuses to help address the situation.

Contacted Keith about a little problem with the brazing on our AC hose. He happily and quickly solve the problem with the brazing while we wait. We're not human if we do not do little things out of perfection here and there. Leaving a five star review with thanks and certainly we see them again

I worked in the auto ac biness for 15 years, and Ranshu were my go to. Great service, inventory, and technical support. All the guys and gals I spoke with over the years were excellent. Ken was my favorite, but they are all good. I wish I knew how and where they found so many good people. I sure couldn't... 6 stars.

Great Company to work with. Had a warranty concern, they inspected the item and replaced it without any issues. Great turn around for my customer.

Stay away from this place they will kill ur clock shipping is from 230-430p they build and pick the order when you get there and it takes them 5 hours to complete ur load for my I got loaded with 7 skids lady in shipping office likes to make excuses and justify why they’re taking long to load Three different times she told me it will be done in 45 minutes Instead of she being honest the first time and say several hours NEVERVAGAIN
