We were traveling from Midland to Grand Prairie for a funeral. We ended up stranded on the side of the road for a couple of hours. The battery had completely died. Once the new battery was installed, it wouldn't start. We messed with some fuses and got it started. To Autozone we went. Come to find out the alternator went out. It was 5:45pm, (Rapid Closed at 6). They told me about Rapid Auto care. I gave them a call and Dino waited for us to arrive. They had my new alternator on in about 20 minutes, and the cost was perfect. We are beyond thankful for Dino and his coworker for not only waiting for us, but getting it done super fast. Great customer service!!! Thank you so much!!

I came in today to get my tire changed and they got it done in about 15 minutes, and were really nice! My family has been going here for awhile now and we've never had any issues! Great place to get your car repaired.

Rapid Auto was the 3rd shop we had taken our expedition to. Previous shops told us that the entire turbo assembly along with several others things were damaged and needed to be replaced. We took our vehicle to Dizz at Rapid Auto on a Wednesday afternoon and explained to him what we had been told previously and showed him a copy of the diagnostics testing. He agreed to keep the vehicle and run his own tests. He could have very easily went along with what other shops had told us and made thousands of dollars but he didn't. He called my husband to discuss things every step of the way and didn't do any repairs without our authorization. It turned out to be a much simpler repair that saved us around $3K. Dizz had the repairs completed by Friday evening ( he only had our vehicle for 2 business

I was referred to Rapid Auto Care by friends and took my Expedition in. Their estimate was very reasonable and they took care of it in no time. I got an estimate for another problem and taking it back Monday. I highly recommend them. Update. Took it in Monday for the A/C and hood supports. Again great service and great price! They will have my business when I need it.
