Rapid Oil Change Inc

Took my 2013 navigator here for the first time to have the oil changed. We was going out of town for memorial day. Got there around 10:30 a.m. Truck ran fine on the way there like usual. They changed the oil and clouds after clouds of smoke pouring out my tail pipe plus my truck missing like crazy. Only thing I was told was it should clear up no concerns for my vehicle or my plans. Long story short I paid to have my oil changed and my truck to smoke. Which I canceled our trip because a rental was not included in our price range. Luckily our room was refunded. I wasn't going to trust it on a 4 hour drive. I m really upset about this situation. I will be contacting someone who can better assist me. Please be aware

The men who work there are soooo nice and very friendly. THEY DESERVE A RAISE because they know their stuff and they very Intelligent. I want the boss to know that..He has some good technicians working there...SHOW THEM SO LOVE😊🥰 THANKS GUYS! It was ny first time going there and i will be returning for my next oil change!

Its hard to find a great place to have your oil changed when you work on the road but Rapid oil change of jackson ms. was the only one to have time to change my oil without having to schedule an appointment a few days out Quick and fast no wait at all which is a big plus. Thank you so much if I'm ever this way for work again and need anything I'll stop by.

Just had an awesome experience at Rapid Oil Change on Terry rd.! The gentleman were nice and respectful, took care of all of my car service needs, and even pulled my car in from the rain so I wouldn't get wet! Highly recommend this shop and will be returning again!

good honest people that are truly concerned about your safety related to your vehicle , and they provide a very good and pleasant atmosphere also. this will be my go to for all of my car needs. thanks D your a good dude.
