Rapid Wash Car Wash South

I used this wash many times before with no real issues. There was a female attendant with red hair trying to sell the basic wash to me for the monthly price. I took the basic and did not do the monthly as I was just getting the rain wet grim off of it. No heavy mud etc. Went through and the whole driver's side still had streaks on it. I went back around to the same attendant and she informed me that they don't rewash on the basic. Because it's more of a wet down. Being an attendant and seeing my truck maybe she would have suggested a better wash if that was the case. Are you kidding me? What kind of car wash doesn't get a unit clean? I just left at that point as she was not going to honor their service. The passenger side got cleaned. Not worth it if they won't honor the service

I usually hand wash. Got lazy yesterday and drove through this car wash. It chipped my paint in multiple places. Car still dirty. Desk doesn’t answer or return calls. If you have a nice car, don’t do it.

For my brother-in-law and sister-in-law. Very poor. Did not clean vehicle (Jeep which had a wheel in back was “our problem”.) When went to ask for another cleaning, they said for $10! There are many other better choices. Local but will not be going back.

Went here 6/20/22 and purchased the platinum car wash with the extra $2 bug prep. Came out of the car wash to still have bugs all over my car and soap still. Didn’t look like it cleaned my car at all. Vacuums were okay. Definitely wouldn’t spend the money

So disappointing. Car wash was okay but there are no towels and cleaner for cleaning and drying your vehicle after the wash. For $20, I expected much more. In responding to my review, the owner indicated that towels were sold in the vending machine and a couple towels were given to members. Again, for $20, I wouldn’t expect to pay additional for towels, and since I was passing through town, a membership wasn’t feasible. Attendants were nice when I complained.
