If you want quality and value, this is the place to go. They use dealer parts first before aftermarket. The price is very reasonable. Their technology is state of the art. When I was there I witnessed the owner give an elderly man a ride home even though the gentleman's car was at another shop. Truly stand up people that care about the community.

I don't usually post reviews but this place deserves one. I brought my Acadia in for a horrible chugging and it was barely running and they looked at it and diagnosed it as a misfire and then they fixed it and even showed me the bad parts. My car runs better now than it did when I got it. They even put on 2 new wiper blades at no extra charge and topped off my washer fluid after they got my wipers working again! Everyone was very polite and even the waiting room had free snacks for my son and I while we waited. It was nice to find a shop that treated my car and myself like we were family and not just a number. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for the same type of repair service that I experienced. Definitely 5 star.

My Cummins diesel truck had an annoying transmission issue and I fix all my own stuff but after I replaced my transmission for the 3rd time by myself and was again having the same darn shifting issue I took it to the team at Rapids Transmission and those guys found that my transmission cooler line wasn't flowing correctly and the line pressure was affecting the shift solenoids and my aftermarket trans cooler was way too big and not placed in a spot that allowed proper air flow. After they diagnosed the issue, they repaired and replaced the faulty parts and now my truck shifts amazing. Definitely the best transmission repair team around. Chris the mechanic has worked on my vehicles before, he is always done a really good job and I've gotten really good customer service. He's very knowledgeable about his work and he seems to really enjoy what he does.

Chris is totally awesome in everything he does. His mechanical experience is phenomenal. Anytime l have vehicle problems, he is my go to. Very knowledgeable and extremely caring about his customers.
