Terrible phone etiquette!! First time I call, no one speaks I kept saying hello and I got hung up on. Second time calling they finally speak and I said I need assistance finding a rim and they said ma’am we’ve already spoken to you three times we do not sell single rims. Absolutely ridiculous as I was calling for my first time I’ve never spoken to anyone there before. Horrific phone etiquette. I will not be doing business with these people and you shouldn’t either. I gave one star so I can be able to leave a comment.

Terrible services over the phone. They need to be properly trained. “I don’t have that car sorry” and immediately hangs up….. I had other cars I was calling about not just one. Se nota que estan sin ganas de trabajar.

Horrid service. Called them and just put me through to someone else until finally they just ended the call. I guess they don’t need money. P.s. hire better employees.
