Been meaning to write a review for some time now. JR. is very intelligent, always pleasant to deal with. My husband and I opened a professional shop a few years back and my husband will only take our customers stuff to Rat Tech as he has been dealing with them for 25+ years. Cannot tell you how much I appreciate the time this company took to help me with a project I needed an expert's assistance with. The gentleman in the photo is someone remarkably intelligent. His understanding of the mechanical operations, materials, and parts needed for a project is far superior to most of the people I have talked to in this industry. He will certainly be able to handle intricate and sophisticated projects and will do a great job, you can tell he takes pride in what projects he takes on and finishes. Happy I stopped by. First time customer. Brought in a small cylinder head for testing and milling. They did an excellent job, more than i expected. Very friendly and helpful. I'm not a pro or frequent customer but was treated like i was. Highly recommend this business for anyone.

I have had a few cylinder heads inspected and resurfaced by Mel at Rat-Tech and they have always turned out perfect. His expertise is apparent in the work that he turns out. Rat-Techs customer service is second to none and they treat you like your job is the only one that is being worked on at the time.
