Ratana's Hand Car Wash

Sign says open 8-5 on Sunday i see a car on the inside getting washed. The door rises lets the clean car out. The worker looks at me and closes door. So i honk my horn thinking i was next he comes back out and says we are close that was just the owner coming by for a wash. I waited 30 min and he nor the owner couldn’t have the decency to tell me that… customer service is trash here!

I can confidently say I will NEVER return to this place after two disappointing experiences with this business. I would give this place negative stars or ZERO stars if I could. 1st visit: I asked for inside detailing and outside car wash. The car wash was sub par and the interior wasn’t touched at all. I had to walk the attendant around the car to point out these issues. The only good was that attendant fixed them. 2nd visit: The attendants were drinking alcohol in the wash bays. I witnessed the self-proclaimed owner (Black male, 6’1, heavy set, dark complexion, beard) yelling at a customer who tried to redeem the multiwash pass sold by this business. The owner refused to honor the multiwash pass despite the fact that the customers presented the pass and the purchase receipt. Based on

Just left from getting a car wash & they did a great job. My car was clean inside out and whatever they used to clean the inside has my car smelling refreshing! Would definitely return.

I attempted to get my car washed today unfortunately after being told it would only be a 10 minute wait because the car in front of me was almost done. Thirty minutes later was still waiting but the car that came after me was pulled in. Just wow. Do better
