Ratchet & Clank

I'm glad I finally stop by. I decided to go for an oil tune up and see how was the service. Since it was my first visit, everything was checked and documented. Very fast service and very considerate price (industry standard). The conversations I had about cars shows that they are experienced and do in fact know their stuff. Brought my other car the next car to get it diagnosed since it had some code errors that my other mechanic shop were not able to figure out, and at Ratchet they were able to narrow it down to 2 possible issues. At the moment my problem is resolved and I'm happy with the service. I'll definitely continue to come for regular maintenance and service.

I recently was in an unfortunate highway accident, and despite not getting the car fixed at this autoshop, I felt compelled to share my positive experience. We encountered a problem with our car window, and the staff here went out of their way to help us. Their sincerity and kindness were truly commendable. Although we had to go elsewhere for the actual repairs, I wanted to express my gratitude for their exceptional customer service.

Great service and asset to the community! I’ve had work done there, great prices skillfully done. Recently I had a tire that just needed air and they came right out to help me! Plus I love the full service gas!

If you want your vehicle to end up in a junk yard then take your car here. Brought it in for an oil change, and within a few months all the oil leaked out of the car. My daughter ended up driving the car without knowing resulting in significant damage to the engine. The worst part of this experience was that the owner, John, immediately denied any wrong doing as soon as we brought the car in and alerted him to the condition of the vehicle. His response even before inspecting the vehicle was, "There is probably a part broken." Avoid at all costs! Shoddy workmanship. No accountability. Expensive. Do not bring your car here!

Nothing but great experience at this shop every time I've gone to get my mini van looked at. Speedy and everyone is very nice and great at explaining what needs to be done.
